Information about The Assurance Group (Wilmington: reviews, company, parents)

My grandparents recently took up a policy with The Assurance Group in Wilmington, North Carolina and I've been looking for reviews about the company to make sure they are legit. I haven't really found much information and would appreciate any information you guys have about the company (i.e. your experience with them, things you may have heard from friends/relatives, anything of that sort).
