Just wondering if there are any singles at these communities. Everything I see seems to be geared towards couples. It would not keep me from moving there as that seems to be the way it is at most places, just curious.

I know of at least a few single older women living in the duplex townhouses in Brunswick Forest. If you meant younger singles, I am not sure.

Could you consider St James? I understand the Tommy Thompson's restaurant there is a great place to socialize and meet people. I know of at least one single man who plans to move to St James after he retires.

I know that Compass Pointe has a single's club that has periodic get togethers. I do not know too much more about it.

That's encouraging if they have enough for a club! We won't ask about ratio.
