Does anyone know?

Difficult if not impossible question to answer. First, showering is not an issue since Genx can't be absorbed through the skin. Second, no one really knows what the "safe" level of Genx is. The current amounts of Genx in the water is below the EPA recommended threshold. Third, Chemours has supposedly stopped putting Genx in the river. Fourth, H2Go, the water supplier for B'wick Forest, is trying to build a reverse osmosis treatment plant that will remove Genx. Its currently tied up in a lawsuit. Fifth, you can install an undercounter RO filter on a kitchen and bathroom sink fairly inexpensively.
