I am looking for an agent who specializes in relocation and knows the areas surrounding Wilmington. We are a family looking for good schools and a family oriented community.
Is there a reason I haven't received any recommendations?
1. I don't know anyone who specializes in relocation. 2. Realtors concentrate on specific areas, and the "Wilmington area" is too broad. If you said Leland or Hampstead or Surf City or Porters Neck, you would get suggestions. 2. You haven't specified a price range and how much land you want. Some Realtors specialze by price range. 4. It is the middle of the night on the east coast.
I sent a DM with a couple of recommendations. There are several Realtors who check this forum occasionally, so you may get other messages during normal business hours.
