You give us essentially no information except your subject line, but almost certainly. Considering the questions you're asking about mobile home parks and this, I suggest you get a reputable real estate agent to assist you who knows the area for sure. And please include more information in your posts if you want informed answers.

I agree with Francois on this question. All I see on Northern Blvd in Tarboro is a place under-going renovation.

If you can live with ripped-up flooring, go for it!
