Anyone know how Cambridge Crossings homes have held up in this flooding rain? We have had an interest in buying there and of course I believe my only concern is how some neighborhoods are holding up with this water. Also have looked at Dutchman Village and Regency Crossing areas. Just curious... I suspect its fine but I'm too far away to drop-in to see how its weathering it all...

I don't live there. However, I see the site plan has a pond with no outlet. Based on the experience with my neighborhood for 4 years, there could be water creeping up to the back patios of the townhouses backing on the pond. Our sandy soil drains well, but its ability to drain has been over-whelmed lately.

Based on what I know now, I would not buy a house on a pond without an outlet unless it was about 5-6 feet higher than the pond.
