My husband and I are considering Sunset Ridge or Brick Landing or Sea Trail for our retirement home. Does anyone out there who live in any of those communities have comments about the homes, the community, the amenities, location, HOA etc. that might be useful in making our decision?

Don't know how much this site will help but it does give a thumb nail sketch of some of the communities in the area. I don't know why Brick Landing is on that site.
