Does anyone have info on these apartments or know anyone who has lived there? The address is 4861 College Acres Drive and the zip is 28403 in Wilmington.

I'm looking for something close to shopping, grocery and otherwise, in case I want to walk. This looks good but it's also close to UNC so I'm thinking it could have a lot of students living there.

Further, could anyone recommend apartments that meet the "close to shopping and downtown Wilmington" criteria in addition to these? I guess if I want close to Wilmington maybe students would always be an issue.

Thanks in advance.

As close as it is to UNC-W, I would think its largely inhabited by college students. Its also not all that close to downtown, certainly not within walking distance.

The brochure for the apartment states that the historic Wilmington Riverfront and Wrightsville Beach are both 5 miles away. So I wasn't thinking about walking to downtown as much as walking to shopping and the grocery store if I wanted to But being so close to UNC, you're probably right in that it's mostly students there. I guess I'll have to search elsewhere.
