Mirasol is a mixed use residential and retail development planned along Southport-Supply Road Southeast west of Saint James Drive Southeast in the Southport community in Brunswick County, North Carolina.

The Brunswick County Planning Board approved a preliminary plan in June 2015. The approval is good for five years and would expire in 2020.

I have noticed two site plans for Mirasol's retail component. A site plan in the Wilmington Star News features a 133,000-square-foot big box retail, a probable home improvement retailer, and a 49,000 retail store footprint, a probable supermarket. Another site plan for Marisol has junior anchors replacing the big box retail in the Shops at Marisol West and what appears to be a 49,000-square-foot grocery store with a curbside pickup lane and a store front similar to Harris Teeter in the Shops at Mirasol East.
