No. Bolivia consists of the county government complex, the community college, a post office, a BB&T branch and a convenience store. Thats literally it.

Your budget is extremely low for the Wilmington area.

Not according to Realtor.com -- I can do a radius. However, I know enough to discern what the 'location' 'location' is, and there were several possibilities. The best ones always sell quickly, and a few have sold within a day under $150K. It's just a matter of having boots on the ground at the right time. I'm also looking in SW FL.

What condos have you found in Bolivia? The one you DM'd me is in Wilmington. I never said there weren't any condos under $150K, but the ones in that price range are generally poorly constructed, you'll hear everything your neighbors do, lots of the units will be rentals, etc.
