Did many homes have roof damage from the hurricane? Could you see a lot of tarps on homes?

Yes. It seemed that every other house had tarps on its roof; many of them still do. The roofers are very busy.

All of SE NC has tons of homes with roof damage from Florence and not just along the coast. There are scores of home well inland with tarps as well.
