Seems to be a new builder in Brunswick county. Does anyone have experience with Tru Builders....especially in Winding River.

Great Question! I have been wondering about them as well. See their homes on the Zillow email I get daily. Their pricing seems reasonable but wondering about quality, etc. Looks like a fairly large company with so many offices.. You are talking about True Builders - Coastal, right? Or is Tru Builders another company?

I guess it`s True builders. Pricing sounds to good to be true. They are building in Winding River. We own a lot there....not sure if we want to build.

Where is Tru building in WRP? Tru-North Builders is building one home in the Cypress Ridge section. Are the same company?

I don`t think they are the same company. True builder`s are advertising, build on your own lot in winding river. If you google new home source true homes winding river plantation.....you will see them.

FYI, they have not built a home in WRP as of this date. I did an internet search and their web site states that they can build a home on your lot in WRP. Their models appear to be slab built on the ground, not sure if that would be approved by the ARB of WRP. You don't see ground level slab built homes in WRP, homes are either raised slab or traditional construction.

Thanks for the info. Still deciding whether we want to build, buy, or sell our lot.
