When visiting the area a week ago, i noticed land clearing with pipework being done near the front of the subdivision - is this to be a new section for additional housing? It is a lovely, but very occupied neighborhood - I would love to build there if they are adding to it. Thank you for any information!

Where exactly are you talking about? On the same side of the road as Arbor Creek? I ride by there all the time and I can't think of what you're referring to exactly.
