Builders of All Brick Homes in Wilmington (Leland: houses, construction)

Can anyone suggest builders of all-brick houses such as you see around Avenshire? I am interested in the cost of building a house about 2500-2700 square feet, in a 1 and 1/2 story style. Nothing extravagant and hoping it would cost less than $450,000.

Is anyone familiar with South Bay Builders? They built one house in the Avenshire area.

He built 2 homes across the street from us. He is a trained stone mason. I believe he lives in Leland.

Thanks, Jules Sacchetti looks like a possible. I was looking at a lot in Hampstead that requires all-brick siding.
