Hi,

We saw some properties yesterday and liked Congleton farms but noticed a few things I was hoping someone could assist with. Now keep in mind I was trying to google search, etc so I am not 100% sure if the info which is why I am asking. I have read that standing water/ flooding is an issue in this neighborhood in yards as there lots were not graded properly. I did see some areas that looked low on the land tge home we viewed was on like there may have been standing water. Anyone have any idea?

Also, any experience with Mungo builders in NC and their quality. I am not handy admittedly and would get a fine inspection if we moved forward but for example in he garage I noticed the concrete slab and wall didn’t always match up. For instance the wall was even with the edge of the foundation and then at some points hung over it. Didn’t see normal to me and when looked at other homes I didn’t notice that. Thank you all in advance!

Your observations sound like good reasons for avoiding some of those homes. A creek passes behind the lots on the north side of Lt Congleton Road, and the crosses it. There may well be standing water.

I have not been inside any of Mungo Homes products.
