I am from the Northeast and am really sick of the cold winters. I am really interested in moving to coastal North or South Carolina or Virginia.

I've been an attorney for 14 years and have just recently obtained my real estate broker's license. I am trying to figure out how the job market is in the coastline in VA, NC and SC, and whether I'd be able to find work in my field?

Any thoughts? Thanks

HHHmmmmm.................
The mid-North Carolina coastal area (Known as the Crystal Coast) may not be the best choice for starting a real estate career at the moment!

Of course, the downturn isn't isolated to just our region!! Now if you could combine closing attorney with real estate broker and become a "closing broker"-Then everything would OK!
