Mr. Moderator, please be consistent and remove ALL realtor names/phone numbers and not just some, if that is your position. You have allowed Jerry Summers as well as his phone number, as well as C-21 info. but yet not others.

Default Realtor Resources

Hi Adalang,

You have likely found a real estate agent at this point however I'm happy to recommend two if you havent. The major consideration in selecting a realtor is their knowledge of the local area and whether or not they carry the ABR or CRS designation!

I'm happy to refer you or answer more questions at your convenience.

Chris

From reading the forum and considering the Wilmington crime rate, we are leaning towards living in Hampstead. Is a regular commute to the Wilmington Airport within reason? How long does it approximately take?
How are the schools in Hampstead and Wilmington? I am an elementary school teacher myself. I already checked the greatschools website.
Is Hampstead safer than Wilmington, considering murders and rapes? Is it safe to live in Wilmington (near Hoggard High School) if you stay away from downtown?
How is the drinking water quality? How is the air quality? I am looking forward to moving away from a stinky papermill, however, I am not excited about moving close to a coal fired power plant.
Can anybody recommend some honest real estate agents?

I moved to Hampstead from upstate new york in November and I love it here! If you want great schools with opportunity for sports and colleges this is the place to be. If you want quieter beaches for you but the teens want more activity there is both, Surf City and Wrightsville Beach. So easy to get everywhere. People are friendly and outgoing. I would like to see a scrapbooking meetup though and have not found one. Library is really nice and i think they are expanding it as well. The Methodist church is wonderful and the minister is really funny. text me if you want more info! bearsilu2@aol.com. good luck
