You may be right. They definately count against the employment figures.
Those bad numbers can be a good thing though even if they are a bit skewed. Pitt County qualifiies for a lot of programs that aren't available to "richer" counties. North Carolina still classifies Pitt County as a Tier II county though. Tier I are the richest, II are middle and III are the counties that get the most help. The Tier classifications are the reasons you see a lot of thing in really poor counties that you don't see in Pitt. A good example is Pitt doesn't have county wide Internet access. A lot of Tier III counties do because the Feds paid for it under Hilary Clinton's Internet bill.
Nice find. I found the map very interesting...

Wilson County was tier 1 in 2009, but now it's tier 2, Pitt County remained the same.

actually the current phase is adding 7,000 seats (sometimes it's stated 8,000) with the closing in of the end zone. the 15,000 figure (which should be more like 17,000 if they're talking 60,000 seats from the current 43,000) includes an upper deck, which isn't part of the current phase.
Cool about the stadium expansion, I've only been to one ECU game so far & it wasnt packed enough to for a expansion...but hey that was last year & something must have happend to the crowds! lol
But damn, I always knew that the LA Lounge was gonna close b/c it NEVER really had any business...
Rue 21, a store that caters to young people is coming to Greenville. I don't know where they're locating, but it must be an existing store, because they're advertising for employees already.
