My husband and I have been looking for a small 1200 sq ft home in or around New Bern NC. We have been out to Planters Ridge and we like one home that we saw there, but were concerned due to so many of the homes in that area are up for sale. Does anyone know why? Is there a problem or is it just because these homes are more for first time homeowners and they tend to only stay a few years and move on. The subdivision is only 6years old I believe. We have also looked in Havelock at Falcon Bridge, but were really put out by the rude agent on sight.

Hi, I am a homeowner in Planters Ridge and so many are up for sale because many military families live in this subdivision and are being transferred, being one myself. Unfortunately, people think something is wrong with the neighborhood because so many are for sale but this is not the case. Hope this helps!

Hello all my husband and I are looking to transfer to MCAS Cherry Point and we are wondering if there is a HOA in Planters Ridge.
