Portcity Chophouse still open? (Raleigh: live in, restaurant, prices)

I live in Raleigh now, but lived there for years. Heard from a guy a bit ago that they had gone out of business. Find this hard to beleive.

last week while using their parking lot to access the parktrail , i
noticed several people going in and out of the restaurant.

I read in the newspaper that they cut down their prices, and are offering smaller portions w/ smaller prices.

That's not a good sign, but I didn't hear that they're out of business.
