Does anyone know of any apartment complexes around La Grange, Kinston, Ayden or Winterville that have studio apartments? All I can find is one bedroom and I honestly don't need that much space.

I feel like studios are not that common in that area. I mean honestly rent is so cheap that why not just get a 1 bedroom and have some extra room?

I can but why spend extra money on something I don't need? I'll end up getting a 1-bedroom I'm pretty sure anyway. I guess studios are more popular around bigger cities.

Yea, I mean I think they sort of grew out of a need for cheaper housing where rents are incredibly expensive and something smaller than a 1 bedroom was desired because people could pay less. In an area where rent is cheap anyway such things aren't so popular, at least that's the rationale I would see.
