UAB (U of Alabama at Birmingham) or UKY (U of Kentucky) ?

The single most important aspect of a Civil Engineering program is whether the school is ABET accredited or not. Both of these schools are ABET accredited. I would doubt there is a real significant difference in the quality of one program versus the other. Your best best is to do a cmapus tour of both and see which feels like the best fit for you...
