Also SAS Airlines. I actually have a relative with that major. She teaces at the university level and travels quite a bit - to Scandinavia and elsewhere.
If you have a plan for more grad school that will render your undergrad degree more or less pointless, then I guess it doesn't matter. However, I once worked with someone who had a PhD in Scandinavian Studies - she was completely unemployed and ended up going back and getting a degree in Spanish or something. She'd lost her professor job when her dept at a university was eliminated, and last I saw her still hadn't found another job.

I might be going out on a limb here as I am not familiar with any of those companies, but I would guess that they would looking for people with backgrounds in telecom, construction, banking, chemistry, etc., and not Scandinavian Studies (that's basically a language and literature major).
