I am trying to continue my education without the aid of college. I have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a minor in Computer Science.
Does anyone have some good resources for self-education in Computer science and engineering?

This page is an aggregator of free online non-credit university classes. They are from real schools, and some of your desired fields of study are included. Look at the top of the page and it lists some of the other sites where it pulls it's list from - Coursera, Udacity, edX... The only drawback is you will probably be in a class with 10,000 other global students, but hey it's free education.

Not all of them. Some are offered by people who have created successful start-ups. Some of the courses are self-paced. Some are just a couple of weeks in duration. But yes there are whole semester classes, too. I may be wrong, but for me it's more difficult to pull self-study information from multiple internet sources. It's easier for me to pick up something new if it is offered in a class. And if you can study the course materials from an MIT or Stanford professor for free...
Take a trip to the bookstore, or hit YouTube. Then find someone who does this stuff and pepper them with questions, or maybe a message boards people who do those things frequent... but really what do you hope to accomplish? Are you a hobbyist or do you want to do something serious with this knowledge? That would help when it comes how to answer.
And do you really want no college as in that can't be the source? Because MIT has a bunch of classes online for free through ITunes U.
Both a hobbyist desirous of something professional...
