1) Whats the first couple of things I should do before applying?
2) Is there a great nursing website/forum I can go to (to ask questions)? I would like to discuss with other nursing students to know what i'm getting into. Perhaps talk with other nurses to get some insight on their experience.
3) Can I get financial aide for this degree? I was able to get financial aid for my BA.
4) What are the hierarchies in nursing? (LPN, RN, etc?)
5) And i'm curious, are there any other Secondary Degree programs besides Nursing and Teaching?
I'm a male from New Jersey, btw.

You can find a wealth of information at the allnurses site.
Depending on what sciences you took as an undergrad, and when you took them, you may have some pre-reqs to complete.
The Accel BSN programs all differ in what they require and how competitive they are, so its best to first find out who offers the ABSN and look at the specific requirements.
Other options are the 2-yr ADN and the traditional BSN - which often is not that much longer than the post-Bacc Accel BSN.
