Hi,

I am a student moving to colorado springs for a summer internship. My office is located near Academy and Woodmen.

I don t have car and mostly commute to work using public transportation or bike. I am looking for options to stay near Academy and Woodmen within a 2 mile radius, for a period of 3 months starting from late May till August.

From what I found, I see very few apartments offer short term leases in this area, and they generally quote 700-900 per month + utilities.

Please let me know for any suggestions

Thanks

Try Craigslist to see if there's anything there.

If not, PUT an ad on Craigslist seeking a short term rental, especially in a private home for 3 months.

There are lots of private home nearby, and some apartments right at that corner.

There are tons of retail at that intersection, but I don't recall much in the way of offices.

The vineyards is fairly close to there and has a nice place. If you don't mind a roommate I'd suggest joining someone that is already living there since rents on short contracts tend to be crazy.
