I'm responsible for hiring at my employer so I'm registered on a number of different job boards to aid in my searches. Despite the news above and from 2017, I still see a 5:1 ratio of job openings in northern CO compared to Cos. We may be adding jobs, but those jobs are not in as broad a range of industries, nor in the quantities seen by our northern neighbors.

I used to think Academy Blvd. was a PITA, but now I would like to see it brought back to life. I've never understood why new construction supersedes using perfectly fine structures waiting and ready to be updated and used again ... other than making developers richer, that is.
