If its not too windy at dark tonight, they will light them up, aka The Balloon Glow. They will fly Monday morning, subject to weather.

CO Balloons!!-thte-view.jpgThis country is beautiful!

I like the people... a policeman waved, a Carl's Jr girl asked if all was good, It's a Grind (gotta have my WIFI!) clientele smile at you. My home is NOT like that. People are unhappy and stressed.

I like the trees and mountains, so found myself clinging to the west of I25 even north. I couldn't get into some of those pockets!! How do you guys get there?

Rentals don't seem to be too prolific on that side. Is it desirable?
We are staying in Manatou and I think it is great. I have been driving everywhere and do not see any real BAD neighborhoods or groups.

OK, I have only seen two real problems for me personally here. I have dogs and not many places have fences.... Please explain!

And I won't be living here:

Are you kiding me? just about every house up north has fences. It's almost insane.

Oh and they CANCELLED the baloon glow. GRRRR! I walked all the way from Kiowa to Memorial park with my GF and her 5 year old daughter, just to get there, and they were announcing that it was cancelled due to weather. (what weather, it barely sprinkled for 10 minutes)

Yeah, I didn' see them so I had wondered. Sorry you went all that way and got ripped! I thought it was beautiful out too

So north only for fences?
Probably older properties eh? NE and Black Forest were open or fencing like cattle. My dogs would be gone the first bunny they saw.

Our development in Monument does not allow privacy fencing, But I have to admit the neighborhood has an nice open feel. We had an invisible fence installed and it works very well at keeping our dog in our yard.

Our sub-div has the 6-foot wooden fences between yards and I hate it. Makes the place look like a cubicle farm at work. Yuck.

yeah, exactly what my neighborhood is like. Interestingly enough, my border collie has no problem jumping my 6 foot fence to go play with the dog on the other side.

I have to tie him up in a fenced yard.

Hi Guys!
Yep, we have found about half and half. It does look more open with no fencing. But to be honest, I have never seen it before! Damaged CA'ian, never realized it.

My only real concern was the dogs, they too would have to be tied up.
