My office is by the Valley Hi Municipal Golf Course area, but I will be traveling most of the time all over the Colorado Springs Metro.

I would really like a place that is centrally located. A 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath house or apartment would be fine. I’m not really picky, just something clean in a fun area close to running paths. I really appreciate everyone’s help!

Rich: Valley Hi golf course is smack dab "near" the one part of town that has a bit of reputation for being dicey, as Froggy said. Traffic isn't that bad here compared to major cities, so IMO, traffic is something to not worry about.

Some nice areas are around Memorial Park (Pike Peak & Union), and just off downtown; there are rentals in those areas. These are older homes, small, central part of city. Old Colorado City. You can also consider living in the areas called Fountain, Security or Widefield as well as along the Powers Blvd corridor south of Woodmen. All these would work for you.
