My interest lay in rural horse property 2acre _+ with a 4 bdrm home, can be a fixer uper.

Do you know of any such animal around CS,CO.?

Falcon, Black Forest, Divide, Woodland Park, Hanover....
I used to live in Kearny, AZ...I really love CO. However, Pueblo reminds me a bit of AZ with its small cacti, higher temps, and dryness. You can also find what you are looking for on the outskirts of Pueblo and in Penrose.
