If I knew the answer, I would be soon rich. Several cities that are on their way to be booming based on what has happened recently would be Pueblo, Pueblo West, Wellington, Salida, Gypsum, Strasburg, Parachute. However, 2 things will limit any boom: the inability to get water, and the price of gas.
