I went with the Sleeping Ute Mountain. However, Blanca Peak, Spanish Peaks, and Uncompahgre Peak were really close as well.

Thats a beautiful picture of the San Luis Valley that you posted. I am a desert lover myself, and I can't get enough of the San Luis Valley Desert.
