Hello everyone! I am new to this site (this is my first post) and I need some help. My girlfriend and I are trying to move outside of Denver. We want to move into the foothills, maybe Evergreen or Conifer. I will be driving to CU Denver a few days a week. We want something closer to the mountains but not too far away from Denver. Our price range tops out at around $1,800. Can anyone tell me anything good? I search backpage.com and craigslist.com everyday.

There have been several recent threads about Evergreen and Conifer -- do a search. High Altitude lives in Evergreen and has posted good info in those threads.

Try going to qwestdex.com and typing in property management in the areas you are interested in. Call those companies to see what is available in the area.

Try these guys: Housing Helpers.

They helped us find a place (that we ended up buying) when we first moved out to the Denver area.
