Now that Colorado is high on my list of possible places to relocate upon returning from the UK.....just wondering what the drinking age is? I know it differs from State to State, or at least it used to.
Here it's 18 so all my kids are legal age as they are 19,20,22, not a huge deal but just curious. Thanks!

Once upon a time. 3.2 was legal for 18 in Co but not for a long time. I am like you. I was sure drinking age in ALL states were the same now-- 21.

Yes, in the 1980s the fed threatened to cut off highway funds to states that had a drinking age of less than 21, so Colorado changed its law. I think a few states, like Louisiana, actually tried to fight the law in court, but after losing many millions in highway funding, they finally threw in the towel.
