Always good to see Idunn on this forum. Quality info-always!!

I only do Red Mountain Pass two or three times a year anymore. I've been on that pass a few dozen times in my days and know the trouble spots.

Yenter construction is one of the top construction people in the state and I'm pretty sure they will have their hands full around the western slope. When it comes to remediation, I think of them first. And I've had a rock or two bounce my way while driving the pass, one of them went THUD in the back of my '77 Dodge 4WD. I glanced back when I had an opportunity and it was the shape of a dictionary. I was just thankful it hit there instead of the windshield.

It always pays to keep your eyes open, particularly during monsoon season.
