I think it can be installed without the toolbar.

Wow, thanks for the info. The rec cneter for my wife, I an our two kids is huge thing. It is actually a big enough deal that we wouln't move to a town if it is bad as your post hints it to be in the Pines and the Rock. Between this and voting not to be part of the Denver light rail. Castle Rock really seems to be making some really poor choices for new community especially one that is suppose to be the next Parker. And with the water issues down there we are now understanding why so many homes are on the market there at a low price.

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the response. What web site are you looking at to find the info on the homes in our price range? I would love to be able to look on-line

Here is a question for those who live in CR Are residents there worried about the water running out in the next decade or so? And if so what can or is being done? I would hate to buy ahome that has no water in 5 years.

Excellent question! I am also interested in more information about this topic. To get us started, here (http://www.crgov.com/Page.asp?NavID=217 - broken link) is a link to the town's government website where water is discussed briefly.

Thanks. I found out from there that the plan includes reneweable, reusable, ground water and reservoir water. The Rueter-Hess Reservoir which is being expanded and is primamril for Parker will also store water for Castle Pines and CR according to this article.

Colorado Community Newspapers - Castle Rock wants a guarantee before buying into Parker reservoir (http://www.dcnewspress.com/site/tab11.cfm?newsid=18742042&BRD=2713&PAG=461&dept_id =559196&rfi=6 - broken link)
