My husband and our 4 children are hoping to relocate to CO from Seattle area.
Not sure where the best place to live is..
Work is not a problem because my hubby works from home.
I was looking at Col Springs, but I am wondering where the best location is.

We would like a 5 bed house that's over 3000 sq Ft and preferably under $500K, a neighborhood pool rec center would be a bonus.

We need to be close to an airport. (within 45 mins likely) and have really good internet.
A family friendly area with lots of kids activities (sports organizations) great schools and good community involvement.

A bonus would be a little property- but close to outdoor recreation is good.
A place that has all your major stores too, like Costco etc.
Any recommendations?

We are planning a trip out there, but I want to know what area to focus on..
TIA!!

This requirement narrows your possible CO locations to very close to COS or DIA.

For the most part, given your other/housing/family/shopping requirements and budget range ... there's no property in CO that will meet your list.

The compromises you'll need to make start with your budget. Totally unrealistic for what you are seeking.

COS will easily meet your needs. Look at the Briargate/Cordova area to start with.

CO is the coolest place, first state to legalize the sticky.. I love that state. I wish I could move to Denver right now to blaze.
