Awesome! So many great replies and so informative. I was really hoping that realistically it wasn't going to be too expensive. We are a couple who mostly love the outdoors, i.e. hiking, biking, disc golf...so entertainment is not an issue. I love the comment about payoff is "living in a place this obscenely beautiful!"
