Not sure what you call theses but... Is there a store that sells dented cans and soon to expire grocery products in the Lexington or Columbia area? And no, not a regular store that has a few shelves of these, but rather a warehouse store. I know we had some in the state we relocated from.

If you are unable to locate one in the Midlands and are ever visiting the Upstate, then check out Bargains Food Store on S.C. Highway 8 in Pelzer, SC. It is a large "bent-n-dent" (salvage/surplus) warehouse-style food store that also includes other household products typically found in supermarkets.

I looked for one of these a few years back and think I found one in Columbia that had just recently closed. So as far as I know, there is currently no option for such offerings.

There is a warehouse type grocery store on Garners Ferry Road across from the USC Medical School and the VA Hospital.
