Yep; Connor Shaw works for me.
Yes, the powerhouse that is Kentucky is surely a good measuring stick of his abilities. It's not like he doesn't have a couple of future top-ten NFL draft picks helping him out there.

Yeah, Kentucky isn't a powerhouse but neither are ECU or Navy. I'll take Shaw's stats over Garcia's for those games.

I am just happy to see Garcia leave. The fans were not behind him and, hopefully, Shaw's confidence and the fans' enthusiasm will be contagious!

and hopefully the coaches remember--when in doubt, hand off the ball to your top tier back! Let the run set up the pass, dont worry about making the pass the priority

Absolutely pitiful performance by USC as they squeaked by an unranked team 14 to 12. If USC wins the East (thanks to poor performance at other universities) they are in for a bashing by either LSU or Alabama. Watching USC today, you have to question, "Can they REALLY be ranked"?

I don't care -- a win is a win. It's going to take some time for Connor Shaw to mature. I'm happy with each win.

MS St is better than their record. They played LSU close, too. 19-6, I think.

But that's the beauty of SEC football. If we wanted to watch our team trounce their outclassed opponents every week, we'd all be Boise State fans.

Winning a road SEC game is awesome no matter what the score. It must be hell being so negative and unhappy all the time.

Seriously????? You are talking trash about football? I am glad that Carolina won the game, MSU is a trap team, especially at home. LSU, who I think is one of the best in the country, did not do too much better at MSU.

Your hatred of Columbia should be checked before talking trash.

You're from Alabama and don't know any more about football than that? LOL

I am not sure if he knows anything about football but, to question if a 6-1 SEC team should be ranked is interesting. Although anyone can beat another team on any given day, Carolina is not on the same level as LSU, Alabama, Oklahoma or Wisconsin, noone is. But, to question a SEC road win has more to do with it being a Columbia based school than football. Perhaps he is disgruntled that Greenville does not have major college sports, some words you will never hear....."Live from Greenville, welcome to Game Day on ESPN".
