Haven't been back for 2 months but judging by that description it'd be the finishing of the apartments.
It is another (non student oriented) apartment complex similar to the one of the left just as you cross the bridge. There appears to be a demand for that type of housing in that area.

Very expensive demands. $2000 a month i heard for those places
I don't see how this will have an impact on Monticello Rd CIU is really out there in the sticks so things may happen right around the campus especially if they increase their on campus enrollment and housing. If the campus was next to I 20 or better yet near Eau Claire HS that would be a different story I think where it is it will help revitalize North Richland County and maybe a step to getting it off of Live PD

It’s the final phase of the apartment so already there that had been planned back during the recession. Shouldn’t look any different than what’s the here, it was on the city of Cayce’s website a few months ago.
Also, does anyone know what a being built adjacent to the Circle K (across from Jim Hudson Toyota) on Broad River Rd?
