What is going on there? Meaghen Norman has left and also the new weather guy Rob Ellis left after a brief time. Their news readers are all female and their street reporters are slowly becoming all young blondes who look alike.
Just a reflection of today's "entertainment" in general; which is, in turn, a reflection of the average IQ of viewers. Content no longer matters as long as it's dressed up with a pretty face and a little T&A...
You're rarely going to see reporters stay long in the Columbia market. Most people in TV want to push themselves to the bigger markets with better paychecks. Many times, the TV stations assume they will leave and don't offer much in the way of a better contract. There will always be exceptions and if you get to the anchors desk, the pay usually is much better.

There's a lot of reporters at WIS WLTX WOLO and WACH that's been there for years. Like Tim Miller, Ben Tanner, Joe Pinner. Decades they've been there.
I quit watching WIS 7 or 8 years ago. WLTX is my go to for local news.
