The 7/11 Across US-21 from Westwood High School has been seemingly done building back in 4th quarter of 2022, yet it still hasn't opened yet.

What the heck is going on? Any knowledge here? I assume Larry Sharpe (owns most of the many gas stations in Blythewood) doesn't want it around, he already took a big hit when the QT opened on US21 , and he dramatically reduced hours at the BP across from DMV main entrance.
