I was wondering if anyone had any information on this development. I heard about it today and checked out the website.

Does anyone have any other information on this. Like how is the construction coming...are they selling the needed lots?

I noticed the single family lots were $110,000 but how much with the construction and everything?

Thanks

I work near there and I understand they have sold some of the lots. The prep work is done and I understand they will start constructing some units soon. Why don't you contact the developer, though, instead of asking online?

I asked online because it is sometime to good to hear things from people who are not hoping to make an income off something.

Doesn't always work. We have developers, realtors, mortgage bankers, etc who will tell you anything.

Be careful.

Just be careful with new construction. We live in a new house in a newer subdivision....and the old adage is true. They certainly don't make them like they used to.
