Sign up at care.com...there is a whole list of dog walkers/watchers that will gladly accept your business. We recently went on a trip and needed someone to watch our dogs, and the going rate seemed to be $15-20 per visit which typically included a 30-minute or so walk (we ended up using someone who actually watched the dogs at their house). How often are you looking for a dog-walker? how much are you willing to pay? what kind of dog?
At a Pup's Pace is a great dog walking service in Columbia, SC. I've used it several times and they'll run your dog as well, if you have a very engergetic dog. The guy's name is Chris Abbotts.
