Midland is exploding with growth. Hopefully some nice, new restaurants will be coming that are not in the market. I keep waiting to hear what is coming to the old Swift site. Rumor that Bass Pro, Costco, and SuperTarget have been looking at the site.

This might sound crazy, but I think Phenix City is losing home buyers. More people are interest staying in North Columbus now than Phenix City.

Columbus have a bad habit now. Adding major retails in one area is stupid! Downtown & Midtown could use some major retail stores.
