Really hope something nice is done with this property. This is prime real estate near the new Marriott and Troy University building that are going up. Curious to see what happens.

I am hopeful too but crime on that side of the river is high near this center. If it were me I would relocate piggly wiggly and family dollar and start fresh. Very few new quality tenants are going to be attracted to this center as long as these two stores are there.

I agree. I say they are forced out which is good in my opinion. Raze the site and start over.
