You don't live here anyway so how the heck would know...
Born and raised there. Also have plenty of family there...so yea, I know what goes on.

Born and raised is not the same as working and living here....sorry
Your statements are too general and generic.

I am in Columbus 6 days out of every month. I know the city much better than you do. More than likely you don't even live there. I know things that are coming to Columbus well in advance of most people. You have no clue what is in line to come, I do. It's called being in the real estate circle . Major projects that are slated to break ground have been postponed due to the financial crisis this country is facing. Keep your eyes on Columbus Park, major things will be coming starting Summer 2009 .

I along with many others would NOT want to be in the real estate circle these days...good luck
As far as Columbus Park is concerned...most locals have never been impressed with the area overall as the majority of these stores/restaurants are everywhere and are not really NEW..

That right there tells me you know nothing about real estate in Columbus . You need to open your eyes, get educated, and do something positive. You are the most negative poster I have ever seen on these forums.
