Helleo, I'm in my 30's & single with one son that is 12 and I currently live in Toledo,OH.... I'm really ready for a change in my life as I've read threw some of the old posts about Columbus. I would like to know how is it now living in Columbus and have the downtown grown or is still growing cause I know alot can change year by year...also the football wouldn't bother me at all so how is it out there in your city & whats going on besides the football rather it's good or bad. I hear that Columbus has a good economy so that sounds great... I been looking online for jobs & I see a ton of them so I'm not worried about the job market. I know that there are bad, hoods, good & rich areas every where in the world as I am originally from Detroit, Mi so I seen bad lol...but I'm not putting my home-town down at all as I've also lived in California for 3yrs & moved to AZ for 2 yrs then moved to Toledo so I been around. I've gotten a little older & have a son so I wolud like to live in a nice city that's comfortable, decent weather with 4 seasons... have a decent nightlife and I know it won't be on New York, Chicago or the bigger cities level but does it really have a nice decent nightlife cause I like to step out from time to time & have some fun. I've never been to Columbus & I will be visiting this year before I jump the gun cause I don't know any one out there.... I'm a laid back person so if I meet nice ppls and becomes friends with them then that would be cool but I also understand that every one is they own person with different personalities and have different back rounds from all walks of life so I'm not trying to fit in with any one. I just would like to hear how is it living out there cause reading about it online is totally different from actually living anywhere so I would like to hear from ppls that were born-raised & are currently living there still or maybe moved away... also from anyone that lived in Toledo,OH & moved to Columbus. Thanks for any & all of the inputs.
