I tried searching this board but I couldn't come up with any results for good hair/beauty salons in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I used to pay a little less than $200 for a cut and full head of highlights when I lived in the Raleigh, NC, area. I'm looking for something in the same price range or less. I live in Westerville right near Polaris so I imagine there must be some good places right near me, but I wouldn't mind driving into New Albany, Powell, or even Dublin. I'd rather not go downtown.

Any help would be much appreciated. I'm starting to look a bit scruffy!
Thanks!

I go to Mario Tricoci's salon in Easton. You can search on google. I like Mitchell there. Hm, for a haircut and color I pay around $120, maybe less.

You might also check out Charles Penzone in the Polaris area. The website has pricing.

Yikes! I feel like I was taken to the cleaners in NC. Even the Charles Penzone salon, which looks much more luxurious than any salon I've been to before, charges less than what I used to pay!

Je Ani Salon - I love my stylist Jeanie (she's the owner). She's on the East side of Columbus on Broad St up past Mt. Carmel Hospital. Broad and McNaughten area.

Has anyone heard anything about "Hair Artists" near Polaris? I read some good reviews about them on-line and I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them because they're literally 4 minutes away from where I live. I was just wondering if anyone had any feedback about them.

I would recommend Andrea Simmons at Salon Lofts Dublin-Powell. Her phone number is: (614) 216-3124. She is a great stylist (both my husband and I go to her), she is very nice, and is reasonably priced.

I recently had a friend come back to the hair business after some time in real estate. She is at Loose Ends in Dublin on Bethel Rd...Melinda Caserta. Her prices are overly reasonable.

try David at Salon Lofts on S High St. He is amazing. Best my hair has ever looked. Color w/ highlights and cut $110. In Boston I paid $200 for mediocre results. In addition to being a magician, David is entertaining and a great conversationalist. Good luck!
